The last two weekends in October are all set for spooky, family fun! Visit vendors, collect candy, giveaways, and more! Dress up as your favorite characters, goblins, witches, and ghosts and we will see you SOON!
This Saturday, September 19, we’re celebrating that connection at the Topeka Zoo’s first annual Wildlife & Nature Festival, presented by Club Car Wash.
From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., explore more than 30 educational booths and hands-on activities from zoo staff and local organizations. Make and take, learn something new, meet conservation partners and discover ways to help protect the wildlife and wild places we all share.
Become a Monarch Marshall, shop our Native Flower Seed Sale, build a cedar birdhouse, enter our raffle, recycle unwanted electronics and explore the Shawnee County Conservation District’s new Soil Tunnel and Poster Contest.
Come celebrate Kansas wildlife, native plants and the people working to protect them! All activities are included with regular admission. Bring the family and join us this Saturday!

Thank you to everyone who came out to Brew at the Zoo, presented by Kaw Valley Bank, and partied with us ’80s style. From the big hair and neon to the cold brews, great food, music and plenty of laughs, you all proved that rain or shine, Topeka knows how to have a good time!
