Education Scholarship Application

EcoClub Application Deadline: Sunday, September 25th, 2022

We will accept scholarship applications for students who join EcoClub mid-year on a rolling basis.

EcoClub and Camp

The Topeka Zoo offered a variety of educational programs both virtually and in person. With so many hands-on activities and animal guests, there is always something new and engaging to learn during our programs.

  • EcoClub provides an opportunity for middle school and high school students who are interested in the environment to meet live animals and develop projects on how they can positively impact the planet.
  • Camps allow students a chance to explore the animal kingdom through animal interactions, behind-the-scenes tours, games, crafts, and more!

Are you interested in becoming part of Eco Club? Fill out the EcoClub Scholarship Application below to become the recipient of the Education Scholarship Fund.

Letters of recommendation can be written by teachers, principals, counselors, neighbors, family friends, or any non-family members who can speak to the student’s character.
  2. A separate application is required for each child.
  3. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. All fields in the application must be completed or the application will not be considered. Review your application thoroughly before submission. Paper applications will not be considered.

  5. If you apply to a scholarship and are not awarded funds, then you will be responsible for paying the full $125.
  6. Partial scholarships may be awarded.
  7. Due to the competitiveness of scholarships, participation in each meeting is expected. If your child is unable to attend for any reason, please email to notify.

High School EcoClub runs from 5:15-6:45pm and is the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from September-April.
