Guest Engagement Team Member- This position plays a vital role in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service during their time at the zoo. By facilitating positive interactions at point-of-sale locations, guiding guests through enriching experiences, and maintaining the cleanliness of the zoo, you create lasting memories for visitors. You enhance the guest experience through engaging conversations, sharing knowledge about zoo programs and events, and helping guests find perfect souvenirs. Facilities Director - This position supports the organization by overseeing the comprehensive management of zoo facilities, grounds, and support services. You will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and overall functionality of the zoo’s physical spaces, both for the animals and the public. As a strategic leader, you are responsible for managing the Maintenance, Environmental Services (EVS), and Horticulture with a focus on delivering high-quality guest experiences and maintaining a safe, secure, and engaging environment.
