ZOO ACCESS FOR ALL TICKETS AND MEMBERSHIPS

The Zoo Access for All program is designed to encourage families and individuals of all backgrounds to visit the Topeka Zoo and build lifelong and multigenerational memories.  We believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience and cultivate a positive connection to conservation and education, as well as wildlife. We seek to include all members of our community regardless of economic status or other limiting factors. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Museums for All tickets/memberships 

Museums for All is a cooperative initiative between the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) and the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM)  to encourage increased and regular museum attendance by low-income and underserved families. The Topeka Zoo and Conservation Center is the first zoo in the state of Kansas to sign on to this innovative community engagement initiative. 

Any family that qualifies for state food assistance and is in possession of an EBT card (known as the Benefits Card) can simply present the card or ID to receive admission for up to four people for $3 each or may purchase for $40 a Museums for All Family Basic memberships ONLY.  

There must be at least one adult and one child 15 years old or younger to qualify for the Museums for All admission rate. Any EBT card (known as the Benefits card) is eligible for the Museums for All admission rate to the Topeka Zoo and Conservation Center, anytime during regular hours of operation. A EBT card holder can visit the Topeka Zoo as many times as they like and receive the Museums for All rate each time. 

Museums for All memberships must be purchased in person at the zoo. Both new and renewing members will need to provide current proof of EBT for verification and a valid form of photo ID that matches their verification document* 

This discounted admission is valid only for regular daytime admission and does not include after-hours events or Zoo Lights. 

 

Military Discounts 

Active duty, retired, and veteran status, as well as those who are dependents or spouses qualify for the discount. Must have a government issued ID for each family member to receive the military discount of $1 off each admission ticket or may receive $5 off Zoo for Two or Family Basic Membership Plans ONLY.

 

Senior Discounts  

The Topeka Zoo & Conservation Center welcomes guests of all ages. Guests 65 years and older receive $1 off general admission tickets and $5 off Zoo for Two or Family Basic memberships.

We have several services to help all guests enjoy their visit including rental of wheelchairs and electric scooters. These rentals are limited and are available on a first-come, first-service basis.

 

 

 

 

 

Topeka Zoo Passport provided through the Topeka and Shawnee County Library 

  • The library will check out free passes to the zoo to any adult card holder. 
  • The Library’s Customer Service desk will help you obtain these passes.
