Membership Sales Manager  - This position is responsible for growing and strengthening the Topeka Zoo & Conservation Center’s membership program through sales, recruitment, retention, renewal, and exceptional member service. This position will develop and execute creative strategies to increase new memberships, encourage existing members to renew and upgrade, and maximize the value of membership as both a revenue source and a meaningful connection to the Zoo.

This is a full-time position eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.  After 6 months of employment, 401k matching is also available.  Salary is up to $50,000 annually.  Please send resumes/cover letters to smiles@topekazoo.org

Guest Engagement Team Member - This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a positive, welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit. This position supports the Guest Engagement team by assisting with daily operations in areas such as retail, admissions, and food & beverage. The Team Member plays a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for visitors, addressing their needs, and maintaining a clean and well-organized environment. They work closely with the Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor to deliver seamless guest services and uphold the zoo’s standards for hospitality and professionalism.
